I created my account on an Android device. Can I log in using an Apple device running iOS?
Absolutely, you can access your account on either platform. Just download the app from the respective app store.
Is it mandatory to register with a phone number, or can I skip this step?
You can register using your phone number or your social media account. However, adding your phone number to your profile is required for completing registration in the Jeel app.
Does the subscription renew automatically, or does it require manual renewal each time?
The subscription will renew automatically only if the auto-renewal option is activated.
How can I cancel my subscription?
We enjoyed having you with us and hope to see you again soon! To cancel your subscription, simply deactivate the auto-renewal option. The subscription will automatically stop at the end of the paid period. However, the subscription value will not be refunded.
